The board of Anti-Doping Norway consists of six independent board members and two deputy board members appointed by the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Sports and the Ministry of Culture.

Mr. Anders Solheim has been Chief Executive Officer in Anti-Doping Norway since the establishment of the foundation in 2003.

15 people work in the central administration located in Oslo. More than 80 doping controllers, lecturers and phlebotomists in the whole country are employed part-time and ensure the implementation of the activities and services we shall provide.
